Q2 2025 Product Update

Automations, integrations and a whole lot less admin
In Q2 2025, we focused on delivering core features to the BNDRY platform that make it easier to meet more of your compliance obligations, from onboarding and screenings, through to monitoring and reporting. We introduced new integrations with leading compliance platforms that allow you to access best of breed capability from one place. Plus, Actions in BNDRY make key compliance tasks easy to access and accomplish.

Inbuilt Automation for Individual Identity Verification and Screening
BNDRY now has an in-built end-to-end onboarding Automation, from sign-up through to identity verification and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening checks, which can be embedded into or integrated with your existing channels. You can configure a tailored onboarding form containing fields and styling specific to your business. Then, BNDRY orchestrates your configurations.
Run AML Screening, Entity Risk Ratings and ID Verification Checks On Demand
Run individual Activities to screen, verify or risk rate entities at any time. Ensure identification data is current and valid, check for matches against Politically Exposed Person (PEP), Sanctions and Adverse Media watchlists, and confirm that risk ratings align with your organisation’s risk appetite, with a single click.
Dynamic Entity Risk Ratings
Managing customer risk ratings is a critical, ongoing task for compliance teams, but it’s often bogged down by complex spreadsheet formulas and unexplainable risk rating decisions. Documented and justifiable customer risk rating procedures are a significant part of proving a mature AML/CTF program to regulators. Using Entity Risk Ratings, you can assign a risk level for your customers: Low, Medium, High, or Critical.
We’ve partnered with Hawk to allow you to easily configure rules that assign risk ratings to your entities automatically and dynamically. A risk rating can be calculated by Hawk when an entity is first created, and calculated continuously as entity details and behaviour changes.

RapidID
BNDRY now integrates natively with RapidID, a provider of global identity and document verification services. Through RapidID, BNDRY can verify identity information globally so you can orchestrate and automate more of your onboarding, KYC and PEP/Sanctions screening flows, all in one place.

Hawk
Hawk is a global leader of AI-powered financial crime detection and prevention technology. This integration allows BNDRY customers to automate customer risk rating, transaction monitoring, and PEP, Sanctions and Adverse Media screening. You can configure rules that evaluate against your entities to automatically assign a risk rating in BNDRY aligned with your organisation’s risk appetite. Hawk’s market-leading transaction monitoring capability helps you identify, investigate and halt unusual customer activity in real-time.

Add Notes to Entities
You can now leave notes directly on entities, giving your team a shared space to record context, decisions, thoughts, meeting notes, insights and more, all in one place. Notes are timestamped, creating a full audit trail available directly against the entity.
Whitelabel Forms and Workspaces
Apply your business’s logo and themes to Forms and Workspaces. This allows you to provide a tailored, branded experience when requesting and collecting data from your customers.

Integrations
Simple KYC
Onboarding business entities and conducting Know Your Business (KYB) is notoriously burdensome. Managing complex customer relationships, verifying business details, and conducting checks on many layers of related individuals can consume the majority of any risk and compliance teams’ energy. That’s why BNDRY and Simple KYC are joining forces. From identifying UBOs and onboarding trusts, to mapping out company ownership structures or managing high risk entities, KYB just got simpler.

Embedded UAR Forms and SMR Reporting
Compile Unusual Activity Reports (UARs), escalate to SMRs, and submit directly to AUSTRAC all from within BNDRY. Forms can be pre-filled with entity and event data, reducing effort and error, and SMR submissions are tracked against entities for secure recordkeeping.
We’re expanding our forms capability beyond hosted forms. Easily embed fully compliant data capture into your own applications or internal processes, giving your internal users the tools to capture unusual activity at the frontline.

Push Events to BNDRY to Monitor Customer Usage, Interactions and More
Using Events, you’ll be able to push data, like transactions, product usage or customer interactions directly into BNDRY. Events are a highly flexible concept designed for you to push real-time or batch data to BNDRY for the specific products and services you offer. Events can be tracked against entities to help monitor customer behaviour. They can also trigger monitoring rules through integrations, helping you detect and be alerted of unusual or suspicious activity as it happens.
